This is the perfect place to call home, you may never want to leave! The construction was finished in 2021 so this is home is fairly new! It was carefully designed and built by the owners who put love and thought into every detail. They built this house for themselves to live and retire in for the rest of their lives. Their plans have changed since they will be moving closer to family. As soon as you walk in you will notice the North American standards of construction. Before the owners began construction, they invested thousands of dollars to dig out 1.5 meters of dirt (of the entire lot which is 1,000m2 large!) and refill it with a “cascajo” which was compacted layer by layer with machinery so that the ground was sturdy and earthquake resistant. The finishing’s of this house are impeccable, the house and foundation are solid. The entire home inside and out is painted with high quality and expensive Sherwin Williams paint. All of the appliances (included in the sale!) are top of the line and stainless steel. The bathroom and kitchen accessories such as sinks, faucets and handles have been imported. There is a very secure front gate that has a Ring video doorbell as well as security cameras throughout the entire property. The swimming pool which is only 10 months old has a salt system which does not damage hair or skin, and the pool itself does not use chlorine. The sack of salt can last up to 5-6 months… very affordable and safe to swim in! The pool system is located in the back shed, which itself is not much of a “shed” but rather a well-built casita/bodega. The pool system has a panel that alerts when to add more salt. The owners even invested in the road from the main street to the house (compacted cascajo and rocks) so you don’t get your shoes or tires muddy when you enter the property! The house has a wraparound porch and the social area a top of the line gas BBQ grill and covered area. There is grass and beautiful plants planted all around the exterior of the house. The fence is a green wall fence which is not only secure but appealing to look at. The house itself has a large open style kitchen/living room, separate laundry room that leads out to the covered garage. The kitchen has a separate pantry with lots of shelves for your food and canned goods. The house has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a walk in closet and vanity corner. There are three split A.C. units in the house. There is also a ventilation system connected to the drop ceiling to prevent humidity inside the home. There is plenty of room for expansion if one wishes since the house itself is 227 square meters on a 1,000 square meter lot. The pictures may not do the property justice.
