The living room has a ‘ kiva’-style fireplace and the dining room seats 6-8 and has, as does every room in the house, a large picture window overlooking either the Cotacachi or Imbabura Volcanoes. The completely-tiled, corner kitchen has double views, all American appliances ( Frigidaire dishwasher,etc.). There is a separate, tiled laundry room / pantry off the kitchen which has a Whirlpool washer and dryer. The entire house has cathedral, beamed ceilings and skylights. House #6 is on a generous-sized corner lot which allows for partial fencing for pets and large unfenced area for the garden surrounding the house. In the back yard there is a lovely brick patio ( with beautiful views of the Cotacachi Volcano) extending from the back door of the house to the bar-b-que outdoor pavilion which has a Spanish tile roof covered in bright bugambilia and cubicles below for storage and pet shelter in case of a sudden rain or outdoor nighttime sleeping.
