Discount available for 1+ weeks. 1 month $1,300 2+ months $1,250 Longer term available as well--ask us to provide you with a quote. Prices above include water, electricity (up to $120/month), and wifi internet. Can sleep up to 6 people (2 queen beds, 1 double sofa bed). Well-behaved pets may be considered with $50 pet fee. This well-equipped condo is 50 paces to the sandy beach and warm, swimmable ocean. Closer still is the enormous, 66-ft lap pool and heated jacuzzi. We want to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible and can arrange for airport pickup, cleaning and cooking services, in-home spa services, and recreational activities/tours. Because San Clemente is located between three cities, Manta (45 min), Portoviejo (40 min), and Bahia (30 min), it provides a good option for someone who doesn't want to live right in the city but still wants easy access for shopping, medical, and transportation needs. The Ensenada condos are also within walking distance to restaurants and small shops for basic supplies and groceries. The condo complex of Ensenada del Pacifico boasts spacious grounds right on the beach with tropical landscaping, a 66-ft beachfront swimming pool and jacuzzi, and a ramp right down to the gorgeous sand beach with warm, swimmable water.
