Pedernales, Pedernales, Manabí, Ecuador
The coastal mountain ranges of Ecuador are a series of low-lying mountains and hills offering beautiful landscapes, lush forests, and enchanting cloud forests. Home to a variety of plant and animal species, it is an amazing part of the unique geography, climate, and culture of this fascinating country. Among these coastal mountains, on the main road between El Carmen and the coastal community of Pedernales, this large farm (“finca” in Spanish) consists of three hectares, or approximately 7.4 acres. This fertile and verdant agricultural farmland is currently producing bananas and cocoa, both major exports of Ecuador. In fact, Ecuador is the largest exporter of bananas in the world. This is an excellent investment opportunity as is, but an owner could build a home on the property and manage the farm and live there, with a portion of this fertile land utilized to make the farm self-sustaining. Imagine being part of Ecuador’s agricultural industry while growing food for your own table!
