Flat land in Yangana, in a private location, next to the river. With an area of 69760 ft2 / 6481 m2, it is located 6.8 mi / 11 km from the center of Vilcabamba, in a valley known for its pure water, tranquility and spring-like weather all year round. Just 2 minutes from the property, you can admire natural rock formations that rise as if carved out of the mountain called Estoraques. The river is the Masanamaca and its water is very clean and rich in healthy minerals. The land has access by dirt road and a few meters away is the main paved road Yangana - Vilcabamba. It has a shed for animals, a small structure with laundry and a small house under construction with barbecue area.
