Long Description
Both apartments have ac units in all of the bedrooms and main living spaces. There is one electric hot water heater for both units. An upgraded water pump to provide strong pressure to both levels of the home. Located on the walkway to the back of the property you will find an outdoor closest and shower. This pathway also leads to the bodega which has a wide roll up door. The bodega has lighting and outlets. Behind the front gate you will find a parking space and a small casita which contains the transformer. . The home underwent a substantial remodel in June and July of 2021. All new paint for the exterior and interior. Windows were added to improve the ocean views. All new appliances as well. Some landscaping was added too. The sale of the home includes everything. All furniture, linens, beds, television, plates, silverware, paintings and so on. Again this has been an operating airbnb and rental for about 3 years. . San Jacinto is located about 1 hour north of Manta where you will find a new international airport. Bahia de Caraquez is 30 minutes to the north and Portoviejo is 45 minutes away. The house is about a 15 min walk to el centro where you will find all of your basic necessities and eateries. La Boca is a very quiet part of town. So if you or your guests want the peace and quiet of beach life but still be close to town, this is the perfect area.
