While not flat, there are several flat sections perfect for building, there are multiple water sources including a spring, a stream and piped in water as well. The area is very quiet, has amazing air as it is just outside of Podocarpus National Park, has pure water, yet is conveniently close to everything. The property has good vehicle access, however the road requires a sturdy 4 wheel drive vehicle. The climate and soil here is amazing for agriculture – it is slightly cooler than malacatos and gets slightly more and increased year round rain – these factors combine to make a perfect climate for both warmer and cooler weather crops. So things like granadilla, tomate de arbol, grapes, apples, avocados, bananas and all kinds of citrus thrive here There are a few fruit trees already in place including orange, cherimoya and blackberry.
