Welcome to "El Palomar", a family project that has managed to merge two very representative elements of our country, which are recognized worldwide: THE ARCHITECTURAL HERITAGE and THE COCOA. It is a heritage house in the historic center of Quito, rehabilitated together with the Metropolitan Heritage Institute, about a year ago and now it looks stately and very beautiful. On the ground floor of the house, we have installed LA CHOCOLATERIA, which includes a store of products derived from cocoa grown, processed and marketed right here, in "La Vitrina", under the Bim brand. In addition to the cafeteria specialized in chocolate with a very special menu that includes drinks in addition to chocolate, such as coffee, natural juices, sandwiches and desserts, all made inside the house. On the second floor, two event and reception rooms are installed at the moment, which together receive around 60 or 70 people and where birthdays, engagements and other events have been celebrated, enhanced by the majesty of the rooms. The rest of the house is ready to find the best options, whether it is accommodation, shops or any other activity related to tourism. We are committed to promoting tourism in our city with these two attractive bastions for tourists and operators, as we consider it to be a project that has great value in the short term; for this reason we request that this project be considered as an attractive investment in the specialized spheres of tourism in the country.
