The minute you see this house from the street, you will be impressed. With its modern look and stylish gate you know you are about to see something special. With a pool and a kiddie pool, as well as, a very large covered seating area, you will not be able to wait to invite your friends and family over to show off! Climb the steps to the impressive front entrance door and enter the spacious living room and dining room area. With a wall of sliding doors leading to the pool, you have lots of light and can let in the breezes from the ocean. The living room comes with a large sectional sofa and is ready for you to relax and catch a movie. The kitchen has lots of counter space and full size appliances along with a wine rack. In addition, there are huge pantry closets for everything you could possibly need to store. Climb the stairs to the first floor to see the first two bedrooms.
