In the bonus room, you will find a stackable washer & dryer plus a full size refrigerator to store your extra food and drink, cabinets for your cleaning supplies and tools. Guards on duty 24/7 to assist you. The condo has a covered parking garage with a remote garage door opener. Ready to go to the beach? The building comes with four large tents already waiting for you beach front. Taxis are readily available on the Malecon in front of the building and, if you prefer the bus, you can catch one right behind the condo every five minutes. You are walking distance to restaurants and shops on the Salinas and Chipipe Malecon. You are a short drive, or nice walk to one of the biggest tourist spots, La Chocholatera & the La Loberia.
