This beautiful house in the North Daule area of Guayaquil is designed for people who like to spend a lot of time outdoors! In addition to the amenities provided by the Santa María de Casa Grande community, this property has its own private space for relaxing and entertaining! The large patio area boasts a private pool and jacuzzi, an outdoor kitchen with seating, an outdoor restroom, and a covered porch seating area. There’s a large open space for play, and a ping pong table also sits on the porch. Sliding glass doors from the patio lead you to a comfortable family room and dining area. The huge kitchen is just past the dining room, complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There is even a worktable/eating space in the center of the room. Lovely wooden cabinets provide plenty of storage space. The living room/TV viewing area is past the kitchen, with plenty of comfortable seating. An electronic keyboard sits inside the front door for your enjoyment! The attractive brick staircase leading to the bedrooms separates this area from the back of the house. Each of the four bedrooms has a ceiling fan, and air conditioning. There are 6 bathrooms available, four in the house and pool and social bathrooms. From the upstairs windows, you can see the well-maintained grounds of the community. The house has two parking spaces attached, with more parking available on the street. The owner prefers longer-term leases (minimum 12 months), and rent may be adjusted depending on the length of the lease. The renter also pays the community fee of about $90 per month.
