Salinas, on the Pacific Coast of Ecuador, is a vibrant sun-drenched beach town often referred to as “the Miami Beach of Ecuador.” With its soft-sand beaches, booming tourism, and eclectic mix of restaurants and shops, as well as, upscale beachfront homes and high-rise condominiums, it definitely earns that moniker! The Malecón is the boulevard and boardwalk that parallels the beach, filled with visitors from every corner of Ecuador and around the world, that have come to enjoy the ideal climate, beach activities, and nightlife of this dynamic community with a laid-back lifestyle. If there is a better environment for a restaurant catering to merry-makers, I can’t imagine what it is. Imagine finding a location in the very heart of all the activities in this tourist destination. Steps from the beach, with an unsurpassed view of the Salinas Yacht Club and overlooking Salinas Bay, people are drawn to the casual, yet stylish, ambiance of this space. From the funky thatched roof of the portico to the stairs that lead to this second-story gem, to the bamboo-covered ceiling, there is a tropical “Margaritaville” ambiance to this restaurant space rental available on a one-year lease. At the top of the stairs, you find a generous 1,722-square-foot space providing million-dollar views from any vantage point. During the day, patrons can enjoy a meal while watching the jet skis launching into the bay, revelers enjoying banana boat rides, and perhaps even spotting a migrating whale. At night, the view becomes magical, with the lights of the Salinas Yacht club shimmering on the calm bay waters. There is space for plenty of tables and chairs, and a nice bar area. There are also two large restrooms. Furniture and equipment would be negotiated separately. It isn’t every day that you find such a well-designed restaurant venue for rent in a prominent location that guarantees the most foot and vehicle traffic of tourists and locals. With so many people wanting to spend time at or near the beach, you practically have a captive audience!
